“Taste of the Wild”: Where Adventure Meets Flavor on Outdoor Channel, Presented by Canik

Fishing the Wild with Mike Robinson (7 p.m. ET) – English restaurateur, hunter, and adventurous fisherman Mike Robinson is one of Britain’s most prominent game chefs, and he co-owns the only pub in Britain with a prestigious Michelin-star. Mike learns and shares the many unique skills and techniques from his wild fishing crew of experts to sustainably catch amazing seafood and fish while sharing the professional methods and tips to help viewers at home elevate their wild cooking into truly Michelin-caliber food, both at home and over their campfires.

WildFed (7:30 p.m. ET) – Join Daniel Vitalis, modern-day hunter gatherer, on an exciting culinary journey back to the source of human sustenance! MeatEater (8 p.m. ET) – Hunter, author, cook and conservationist Steven Rinella treks into the world’s most remote, beautiful regions, bringing game meat from field to table.

Life of Fire (New Season – 9 p.m. ET) – Legendary pitmaster Pat Martin takes us on a food adventure, embedding himself with the grill masters and pitmasters who have mastered the uniquely American tradition of BBQ as they share their stories and local cooking traditions.

The Fishmonger (New Season – 9:30 p.m. ET) – The Fishmonger takes 4th generation commercial fisherman, Tommy Gomes, on a coastal journey to connect with the men and women who put the best seafood on American dinner tables.
